I rent the apartment from September to June. It isn’t available in July or August — that’s when I use it myself.

There are two ways to stay, and the difference isn’t only the price.

Short stay — up to 10 nights

A weekend, an off-season week, a race trip or a work trip.

It runs under my registered tourist-accommodation licence, fully in order.

Season stay — from 11 nights

For settling in a few weeks or a couple of months: remote work, a training block, or simply spending the winter by the sea. The nightly rate drops noticeably, because the handover cost is spread out and because I prefer longer stays.

It’s formalised as a temporary-season let, with a straightforward written contract. Spanish law treats this differently from a holiday booking, which is why the paperwork is slightly different — it’s simple, and I’ll walk you through it.

Race weekends and fiestas

Around the Benicàssim Half Marathon, the Castellón marathon or the Magdalena festival, accommodation in the area disappears and prices climb. I keep the same rate — but book well ahead: those are the only dates of the year I tend to have committed months in advance.

What I don’t offer

Long-term or permanent-residence lets. The apartment is mine for part of the year and I want to keep it that way. If you’re looking for a stable home base, I’m not your option — better to say it now than waste your time.

Depends on the dates

  • Communal pool: only 15 May to 15 October. Within the season I rent, that means the first half of September and from mid-May through June.

How booking works

  1. You write to me with your dates and how many of you are coming.
  2. I confirm availability and a fixed price within 24-48 hours. No dynamic pricing, no surprises at checkout.
  3. We book with [COMPLETAR: deposit] and the balance [COMPLETAR: on arrival / X days before].
  4. A few days before arrival I send the guest-registration link — a legal requirement in Spain — and the arrival instructions.
  5. You arrive. I meet you, or [COMPLETAR: quién entrega las llaves].
